  • Research corporate law, M&A, and regulatory issues.
  • Assist in drafting agreements and legal opinions.
  • Support due diligence for corporate transactions.

  • Attend client meetings and case discussions with senior lawyers.
  • 4th–5th year LL.B. student (5-year program) or LL.M. student.
  • Strong research and drafting skills.
  • Interest in corporate law and dispute resolution.

  • Ability to work onsite in New Delhi.
