  • Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory issues.
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
  • Assist in due diligence for corporate transactions.

  • Support senior lawyers in client meetings and case preparation.
  • 3rd–5th year LL.B. student (5-year program) or LL.M. student.
  • Strong drafting and research skills.
  • Interest in corporate law and dispute resolution.

  • Flexibility to work onsite or hybrid in Delhi.
