The JAMS Foundation is a global leader in alternative dispute resolution, offering the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship to non-U.S. citizens, including Indian lawyers. The program supports professionals in studying ADR practices in the U.S., making it a prestigious opportunity for international arbitration careers.

  • Study JAMS dispute resolution processes and administration.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based ADR organizations to achieve fellowship goals.
  • Attend a week-long gathering in San Francisco in September 2026.
  • Develop strategies to advance ADR in your home country.
  • Non-U.S. citizen with fluency in English.
  • Background in law or ADR preferred.
  • Ability to secure funding for travel and stay in the U.S.
  • Commitment to a 1–4 month fellowship period.
