The JAMS Foundation is a global leader in alternative dispute resolution, supporting professionals to advance ADR practices. Its Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship offers non-U.S. citizens, including Indians, a chance to study ADR in the U.S. This fellowship is ideal for those aiming to specialize in international arbitration.

  • Study JAMS dispute resolution processes and administration.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based ADR organizations to meet fellowship goals.
  • Attend a week-long gathering in San Francisco in September 2026.
  • Develop plans to expand ADR in home countries.
  • Non-U.S. citizen with fluency in English.
  • Background in law or ADR preferred.
  • Ability to secure funding for travel and stay in the U.S.
  • Commitment to a 1–4 month fellowship period.
