  • Research financial regulations and securities law.
  • Draft legal opinions and transaction documents.
  • Assist in due diligence for banking and finance deals.
  • Support attorneys in client meetings and advisory projects.

  • Maintain documentation for financial compliance.
  • 4th/5th-year LL.B. students or recent graduates.
  • Interest in finance law and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong research and drafting skills.

  • Knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulations is a plus.
