  • Conduct legal research on corporate law and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft commercial agreements and legal memoranda.
  • Assist in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Support attorneys in preparing client presentations.

  • Maintain documentation for corporate transactions.
  • Enrolled in 4th/5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
  • Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools like Manupatra or SCC Online.
