  • Conduct research on corporate law and regulatory frameworks
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts and opinions

  • Enrolled in 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program
  • Strong academic background and legal research skills
  • Interest in corporate law or arbitration
