  • Draft legal opinions and research memos.
  • Assist in due diligence for M&A transactions.
  • Support partners in client advisory meetings.
  • Update internal legal databases.

  • Track legislative changes relevant to clients.
  • 4th or 5th-year LLB student or LLM candidate.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in corporate or regulatory law.
