Draft and review various commercial agreements.
Assist in contract management and compliance processes.
Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law topics.
Prepare MIS reports and legal documentation for internal use.
Current LL.B. students from recognized institutions.
Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to commit to a 6-day workweek on-site for at least 2 months
