About the Competition
The Legal Heights is organizing an Article Writing Competition, an initiative aimed at promoting academic excellence and research on pressing emerging legal trends & challenges. The competition seeks to provide a platform for students to engage with contemporary challenges and innovations in the field of Rule of Law & Justice. By fostering critical thinking and intellectual dialogue, this event will contribute significantly to academic excellence in the field of international law.

1. Emerging Legal trends and Challenges
2. Access to Justice and Rule of Law
Note: Both themes also include several sub-themes. Authors are free to write on any aspect of these themes and sub--themes or on interplay of different themes. They must select a specific aspect of the broader theme(s) selected, to focus on for a more in-depth analysis.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to all students, scholars, legal professionals, and enthusiasts in India. Currently pursuing undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in law (3 Year LL.B./5 Year LL.B./LLM/Ph.D.) are eligible to participate.
Participation
The competition will be open to both individual participants and teams of two, with no restrictions on institutional affiliation for team members.

Note: Publication opportunity at "Subodh Nexus (International Journal)" is absolutely on cost to the authors. The timelines mentioned are subject to change at the discretion of the organizing committee. Any updates or modifications will be communicated accordingly.

Registration Fees
Authors are required to pay a fee of INR 149 for single-author submissions and INR 199 for co-authored submissions, with a maximum of two authors permitted per entry.
Submission Guidelines
- The manuscripts may be submitted in the following manner (the word limit is exclusive of the footnotes): Article: 2000 – 3000 words.
- All manuscripts submitted must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism of content as well as that of an idea would lead to a direct rejection of the manuscript. The author(s) of the manuscript bear the responsibility of authorities, facts, or views instated in the manuscript.
- The Executive Board of Legal Heights may, at its sole discretion, allow for manuscripts which do not substantially deviate from the given word limits to be considered for publication.
