Theme:
Balancing Appointment Neutrality with Scalable Dispute Resolution in Financial and Banking Arbitrations
The submissions should explore the challenges arising in high-volume, low-value financial and banking disputes, particularly those governed by standard, non-negotiable agreements. Contributors are invited to examine how the legal framework can balance judicial requirements of strict neutrality in arbitrator appointments with the need for cost-effective, efficient and scalable dispute resolution.
