The Intellectual Property Rights Cell, Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai is inviting submissions from students in response to the public consultation initiated by the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), DPIIT on the Draft Guidelines for Registration of Designs Relating to Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), Icons, and related subject matter.

This is an opportunity for law students to engage with contemporary questions concerning the protection of digital interfaces and icons under design law and contribute to the public consultation process.
