Journal Description:
The Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR), Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna invites submissions for Volume I of the CCADR Journal for Alternate Dispute Resolution on the theme:

“Navigating the Expanding Role of Mediation and Arbitration in Dispute Resolution.”

Categories of Submission:
• Long Articles: 6,000–8,000 words
• Short Articles: 3,000–6,000 words
• Case Comments/Book Reviews: 1,500–2,000 words, exclusive of footnotes

Submission Requirements:
• Abstract of 250–500 words in italics, along with five keywords
• Maximum two authors per manuscript
• Citation style: Bluebook 21st Edition
• Manuscripts must be anonymised and must not contain the author’s name, affiliation, or credentials
• Author details must be provided separately on a cover page
• Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, justified alignment
• Line spacing: 1.15
• Footnotes: 10 pt
• Page size: A4
• Margins: 2.54 cm on all sides
• Plagiarism limit: 15%, excluding citations
• AI usage limit: 10%

Review Process:
• Preliminary compliance check
• Blind editorial review
• Blind external review
• Final decision by the Editorial Board
• The journal follows a three-tiered double-blind review process

Timeline:
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 October 2026
• Abstract Acceptance Notification: 25 October 2026
• Final Manuscript Deadline: 30 November 2026
• Tentative Publication: March 2027
