Call for Submissions:
The NUJS Society for Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Laws (SIBRL) invites submissions on contemporary issues in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring law, particularly in light of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) completing a decade since its enactment.
The Society encourages submissions that critically examine the existing framework, analyse developments and debates, and offer original and accessible perspectives on the future of Indian insolvency law.

• Others interested in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring law
Suggested Focus:
• Contemporary developments in insolvency and bankruptcy law
• Critical assessment of the IBC framework after a decade
• Emerging issues and debates in restructuring law
• Future directions for Indian insolvency law
• Original and critical analysis of ongoing developments
Submission Guidelines:
• Authors should refer to the SIBRL Submission Policy for detailed requirements regarding word limit, formatting, citations, authorship, and other submission requirements.
• Co-authorship is permitted, with a maximum of two authors per blog.
• Submissions must be sent to sibrl@nujs.edu.
• Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, with no fixed deadline.
