About the Conference
The Annual Courts and Justice Conference 2026 aims to examine the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in judicial decision-making and court processes. As justice systems across the world increasingly engage with emerging technologies, important questions arise regarding transparency, accountability, procedural fairness, judicial independence, human oversight, and public trust.
The conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary discussions on the opportunities, risks, limitations, and safeguards associated with the use of AI in adjudication and the administration of justice.
