The Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT), Delhi, is a NAAC-accredited institution affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Approved by the Bar Council of India and other statutory bodies, FIMT has established a strong academic reputation in law, management, commerce, journalism, education, and allied disciplines.

FIMT Law Journal is an open-access, blind peer-reviewed academic journal published under the aegis of FIMT School of Law since 2018. The journal seeks to promote legal research and scholarly discourse on contemporary developments in law at both national and international levels.

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

The journal is not restricted to any specific branch of law. Manuscripts addressing contemporary legal issues, emerging legal developments, public policy concerns, and interdisciplinary legal research are welcome.

The Editorial Board retains discretion regarding the suitability and publication of submissions.
Submission Guidelines
• Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
• Authors must disclose if the manuscript has been submitted elsewhere.
• No author-identifying information should appear within the manuscript.
• A separate cover letter containing author details must accompany the submission.
• All submissions should be in English.
• Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in Word format (.doc/.docx).
Citation Style
• ILI Rules of Footnoting must be followed.
• Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10, Single Line Spacing, and Justified Alignment.
Formatting Requirements
• Main Text: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 12
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Alignment: Justified
• Pages should be numbered appropriately.
