The Cyril Shroff Centre for AI, Law and Regulation (CSCAILR) at Jindal Global Law School, in collaboration with the Jindal Global Law Review (JGLR), is inviting submissions for a special issue on “AI and Law.”

Jindal Global Law Review is a SCOPUS-indexed, peer-reviewed journal published by Springer, dedicated to fostering global dialogue on contemporary legal issues through rigorous and interdisciplinary scholarship.

The special issue seeks to bring together cutting-edge research examining the legal, regulatory, institutional, and theoretical challenges posed by Artificial Intelligence, with particular attention to Global South perspectives, comparative approaches, and interdisciplinary engagement.

Categories of Submission

  • Full-Length Articles (8,000–10,000 words)
  • Short Articles & Essays (5,000–6,000 words)
  • Case Notes & Legislative Commentaries (1,500–2,500 words)
  • Review Essays & Book Reviews (2,000–3,000 words)
  • Interviews, Field Reports, and Reflective Pieces

Submission Process

Interested authors must first submit an extended abstract (1,000–2,000 words) outlining the research question, methodology, central argument, and contribution to existing literature.

Only authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit full manuscripts.
