The GNLU SRDC ADR Magazine, the flagship publication of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Student Research Group under the Student Research Development Council (SRDC), Gujarat National Law University, is inviting submissions for Volume VI, Issue III. The magazine serves as a platform for academicians, practitioners, and students to engage with contemporary developments in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The magazine publishes scholarly work employing comparative and interdisciplinary approaches to analyze recent developments, judicial pronouncements, and evolving practices in ADR across India and foreign jurisdictions. It aims to foster meaningful discussions on arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
Submissions are invited in the following categories:
- Articles
- Case Comments
- Legislative Comments
- Book Reviews
All submissions must fall within the broad scope of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Submission Guidelines
- Co-authorship is permitted for up to 2 authors.
- Word Limit: 2000–2500 words (excluding citations).
- Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th Edition).
- Body Text: Garamond, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5.
- Footnotes: Garamond, Font Size 10, Line Spacing 1.
- Manuscripts must not contain author names or institutional affiliations.
- Hyperlinks are not permitted.
