The Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law (IJIPL) is presently inviting submissions for its 16th Volume, to be released tentatively by the end of 2026.

We welcome contributions in the form of essays, articles, notes, and comments from undergraduate and postgraduate students, practitioners, faculty members, and academicians. The deadline for submission of papers is 1st August, 2026.

The Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law (IJIPL) is the flagship intellectual property law journal of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. As India’s first student-run journal devoted exclusively to the study of intellectual property law, it stands as a testament to our commitment to advancing the discourse in this field.

Published annually, it is the combined endeavour of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and the N.C. Banerjee Centre for Intellectual Property Rights Studies to address contemporary issues in the field of intellectual property law.

In the past, IJIPL has had the privilege of hosting distinguished contributors including the late Prof. Shamnad Basheer, Prof. Srividhya Ragavan, Dr. Mrinalini Kochupillai, Prof. Michele Boldrin, Prof. David Levine, and many other renowned experts in the field.
