About the Journal

The Indian Journal of Integrated Research in Law (IJIRL) is an online, bi-monthly, peer-reviewed journal that promotes interdisciplinary legal research in the field of law and allied disciplines. It provides a platform for academicians, students, legal professionals, and researchers to contribute original and unpublished work on contemporary legal issues.

The journal focuses on encouraging integrated legal scholarship by combining law with social sciences and other allied fields, aiming to develop broader academic engagement in legal research.

About the Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of IJIRL invites original and unpublished manuscripts for:

Volume 6, Issue 2

Submissions are welcome on any topic related to law and allied disciplines, reflecting the journal’s interdisciplinary approach.

The journal aims to promote contemporary legal research addressing doctrinal, theoretical, and policy-oriented issues in law.

Eligibility

Submissions are invited from:

  • Academicians
  • Research Scholars
  • Lawyers and Legal Professionals
  • Law Students
  • Anyone with an interest in law and allied disciplines

Categories of Submission

  • Long Articles: 4000–6000 words (excluding footnotes)
  • Essays / Short Articles: 1800–4000 words (excluding footnotes)
  • Case Notes & Legislative Comments: 1500–2500 words

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished
  • Submissions must not be under review elsewhere
  • Abstract is mandatory for articles
  • Up to 3 co-authors allowed
  • Plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification
  • Submission must follow journal formatting guidelines

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 (main text)
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Footnotes: Times New Roman, size 10, spacing 1.0
  • Citation style: Bluebook / uniform legal citation style
  • Manuscript must include abstract, title, author details, and affiliation (as per journal instructions)

Processing Charges

  • Single author: ₹800
  • Co-authored (up to 3 authors): ₹1000
  • Foreign authors: $25
