The Journal of Global Research and Analysis (JGRA) (ISSN: 2278-6775) is a peer-reviewed bi-annual journal published by Geeta Institute of Law.

JGRA encourages interdisciplinary and analytical research addressing emerging legal challenges at both national and international levels.

About the Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of JGRA invites original and unpublished manuscripts for Volume 15, Issue (I), June 2026 Special Edition on the theme:

“Artificial Intelligence: Legal, Ethical, and Societal Dimensions”

The special edition seeks to encourage meaningful academic discussions on the growing impact of artificial intelligence on law, governance, policy-making, ethics, privacy, accountability, and human rights.

The issue aims to bring together multidisciplinary perspectives examining both the opportunities and challenges posed by emerging AI technologies and the need for balanced regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

JGRA invites submissions from:

  • Academicians
  • Legal Professionals
  • Research Scholars
  • Students

Contributors from law and allied disciplines are encouraged to submit original research work relevant to the special edition theme.

Submission Categories

Long Articles

  • Word Limit: 4000–7000 words (inclusive of footnotes)
  • Intended for comprehensive analysis of contemporary legal issues along with critical evaluation and suggestions.

Essays / Short Articles

  • Word Limit: 3000–5000 words (inclusive of footnotes)
  • Intended for concise and analytical discussion of specific legal issues of current relevance.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: English only
  • Font Style: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified

Footnotes

  • Font Size: 10
  • Line Spacing: 1.0
  • Citation Style: ILI Style of Footnoting

Additional Requirements:

  • File Format: .doc or .docx only
  • Manuscripts should follow the prescribed heading format for levels and sub-levels.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished.
  • A plagiarism report generated through Urkund or Turnitin must accompany the manuscript.
  • Manuscripts containing more than 10% plagiarism shall be rejected.
  • Each submission must include an abstract of not more than 200 words.
  • Maximum two authors are permitted per submission.

Authors must also submit:

  • Declaration of Originality and Unpublished Work
