About Mar Gregorios College of Law
Mar Gregorios College of Law (MGCL), established in 2012 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is a premier NAAC-accredited and Bar Council of India-approved institution located within the Mar Ivanios Vidyanagar campus.

The conference seeks to examine the impact of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies on criminal law, policing, judicial decision-making, and justice administration.
It aims to address legal, ethical, and constitutional concerns arising from algorithmic governance, including:
- Bias and discrimination
- Surveillance and privacy concerns
- Accountability and transparency
- Protection of fundamental rights
- Human rights-oriented regulation of AI in criminal justice systems

Authors are encouraged to submit original and unpublished work on:

- Digital Evidence and Criminal Adjudication
- Cybercrime and White-Collar Crime in the Digital Economy
- Ethics, Human Rights, and Governance of AI

Mode of Presentation
The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format. Participants may choose either online or offline mode of presentation during registration.
Awards & Publication
- Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special volume of the Journal of Mar Gregorios College of Law (JMGCL) (ISSN 3107-9946).
- A Best Paper Presenter Award will be conferred under each sub-theme of the conference.
