About RITHA e-Journal
“RITHA” is the annual flagship online journal of Pendekanti Law College. The journal seeks to provide a platform for critical legal discussions on themes relating to law, society, and justice. It is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal launched in November 2024 and publishes high-quality legal scholarship across diverse branches of law.
The journal encourages foundational, doctrinal, comparative, and interdisciplinary legal research and aims to promote academic freedom, originality, and rigorous peer-review standards.
