The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR) at National University of Advanced Legal Studies was established to promote research, awareness, and scholarship in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. The Centre actively encourages interdisciplinary engagement and aims to develop a robust intellectual property law database beneficial to researchers, institutions, innovators, and industries.
About the Seminar
Centre for Intellectual Property Rights is organising a National Seminar on “Music, Mental Health and Law” in August 2026.
The seminar seeks to explore the evolving relationship between music, therapy, neuroscience, mental health, and intellectual property law. It aims to encourage critical discussion on legal and policy issues arising from music therapy, copyright regulation, therapeutic interventions, and digital music platforms.
