About the Competition

The Research and Development Cell of Lincoln College of Law, in collaboration with Juris Cognita Publications and Amity Law School, is organising the Nani A. Palkhivala International Research Paper Writing Competition 2026.

The competition aims to encourage high-quality legal scholarship and provide an academic platform for students, researchers, academicians, and legal professionals to engage with pressing contemporary legal and policy issues through original research and critical analysis.

Under the guidance of Dr. Harman Shergill, Principal of Lincoln College of Law, the initiative seeks to strengthen legal research, intellectual discourse, and policy-oriented academic writing within the legal community.
