About the Call for Papers

Journal of International Arbitration has announced a Call for Papers for its forthcoming Special Issue 43.6 (December 2026) on the theme “Climate Change and International Arbitration.” The special issue will be guest edited by Professor Peter Cameron and Dr Thomas Lehmann.

The issue seeks to examine the implications of climate change and climate change law in international commercial and investment arbitration. Authors are encouraged to submit original and analytical papers exploring the evolving relationship between arbitration and climate-related disputes.

Eligibility

  • Open to academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students interested in international arbitration and climate change law.
  • Co-authorship is permitted.
  • Submissions must be original and unpublished.
