About the Organizers
Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) is a prominent institution affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. DME has been accredited with an A+ grade by NAAC. About Cyber Cell
The Cyber Cell, is a platform focused on promoting awareness about Cyber Laws, Cybercrimes, and Cybersecurity. This student-driven initiative encourages active discussions and involvement on these vital topics, with the goal of creating a safer and more informed digital space. It acts as a hub for knowledge-sharing and community efforts to address the increasing challenges in cyberspace.
Details of the Event
Organized by the Cyber Cell of Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida, with the support of Prof. (Dr.) Ravi Kant Swami, Director, CYBERLEAGUE’ 25 will take place on 9th April 2025. The theme for CYBERLEAGUE’ 25 is “Digital Security as a Human Right: Protecting Privacy and Freedom in the Digital Era. The event will bring together students from colleges across India, providing a platform for young minds to showcase their knowledge and creativity in the realm of cybersecurity and digital ethics.
The competition will feature two major events:
- Debate Competition
- Reel Making Competition
Eligibility
Students from all fields across various colleges and universities are invited to participate in the Debate Competition and reel-making competition, bringing diverse perspectives that will enrich and enhance the event.

The event will be held offline at Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida, located at B-12, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.
